Centrifugal sand pumps

It is a device in motion in the hydro-transport of fluids, water, and minerals in mining hatch, flotation and metallurgy in the process of ore processing, water drainage, and muddy fluids.

It is used for transferring and lifting of heavy fluids with abrasive minerals in the technologic transport of mineral concentration. It is, then, used in the transport of aggressive fluids in concentrations of 100 to 200 g/l, and mild acids with abrasive elements of seeds dimension to 5 mm, or bigger granules depending on the hydro-transport conditions. This program comprises of pumps that have capacities between 10 and 10,000 l/min and run of 6 to 36 mVS, and somewhere up to 45 mVS.

Hydraulic regulative turbo-connector RTS

Hydraulic regulative turbo-connectior RTS is an original and contemporary construction exceptionally created of homemade materials and finished components. It is used for continual change of number of spins in 1:3 ratio and a power transfer with propulsive engine of a working machine, for instance, pump, compressor, heavy conveyor belt, mixer, crusher, and other machines installed in mining, construction, chemical industry, thermal energetics, etc. The continuous change of the number of spinnings of the working machine is automatic or manual in the function of the machine’s working characteristics.

Self-vacuuming pump for decantation:

The self-vacuuming pump is intended for decantation of liquid products of organic and non- organic chemicals. Thanks to the application of different materials used for making the pump, the fields where these pumps can be used not only in the chemical, but in other industrial branches, too.

Universal pipe connectors UCS

This product is intended for pipe network extension in the process of water, muddy water, pulp, and crushed ore transport. It is used for connecting steel, plastic, or other types of pipeline. They are simple constructions for fast assembling and dissembling, and are made of silumin as a standard procedure or another material upon request. The sealing rings lined with rubber are made of special rubber for 10 bars pressure.

Rollers of transport tracks:

We manufacture tracks for all kinds of track transporters as well as spare parts. The rollers of track transporters lined with rubber are constructively made with smooth surfaces, surfaces lined with rubber in diverse dimensions.

Valve lined with rubber pad GV:

This valve is used for sealing during the transportation of abrasive and aggressive liquids.

Mining tap JUS.M.C5.430 (auto valve)

Hydro-cyclones

Hydro-cyclones are special devices that use energy from the fluid flow received from the pump, and works on separating the concentration out of the hydro-mixture.

Floating machine:

This device is manufactured for a capacity of 1,1 m 3 /h to 2,3 m 3 /h and serves for ore flotation in lead and zinc floating as well as other metals that are separated through the wet method.

This device is intended for flotation. It is installed in the system where chemical reagents are applied with precisely determined amounts

Product is a special devise intended for flotation and other industrial branches where conditioning of fluids is required and necessary.

Shaking tables:

This device is intended for dry and wet ore separation. It is used in mining of coal, mineral, noble metals, and other. Its working principle is based on ore sowing on the table surface after which clear particles are separated from the ore due to the difference in specific liquid ores and dry grounds.
